Make sure it fits her before buying it, I have one and my wife cant hold it proper. Otherwise they are absolutely GREAT auto loaders. There are more accessories for the ruger 10/22 than all others combined. I realy like the Marlins ive shot. My moms husband has a Marlin model 50 (he says its a 50 anyway) that is one of the most accurate guns ive ever shot. If you miss with that gun its your own fault. Sadly I cant talk him out of it. This particular Marlin will out shoot any of the stock 10-22's ive been around, and thats quite a few.
