RE: scope sight in
If you want it to be dead on at 200 yards then you are going to have to sight it in at 200 yards but I'm told sighting in at 25 yards will get you close. Anyone please correct me if I misinformed.
Winchester's web site provides scaled down ballistic tables for its ammunition. Velocity and energy at set ranges are listed as well as the trajectories of the bullet when the rifle is zero'd at both 100 and 200 yards. I think the barell length used for these tables is 24 inches, but maybe 26 inch barells are used for magnum calibers, I don't know.
Regardless of whether or not the length of your barell matches barells used to produce the ballistics tables, chances are good your rifle will not perform exactly as the tables perdict though they may be close.
