Default RE: New Bowtech problems

This is interesting. I have a Bowtech Liberty and fitted a Spot Hogg Hunter sight. Had exactly (sort of) the same problem. I was hitting low. So, adjusted the sight down to the maximum - still hitting low. I then undid the bolts on the circular viewfinder and moved that as low as it could go - it looks a bit un-natural, but at least I'm hitting dead on now. If you've adjusted it to the max, an anchor point shift is pretty much the only sure thing that will help. I experimented with this and as you move your peep it has a huge impact on where you shoot - but I was anchoring really comfortably and didn't want to move.

It also got me thinking - you can move the sight back (closer to the riser) a bit. Surely, moving the mounting points on the sight back will help as well? I never tried this myself since I had the sight set up for the third axis etc and was a bit scared to experiment. Perhaps some old hands will advise....
