Hello here is my question or dilema either way.
I have been shooting my 03 patriot at about 73-74 pounds the whole time I have owned it, but unfortunatley I broke my elbow this summer and can't handle drawing that much weight repeadedly even though the broken elbow is on my bow hand. I am wondering how much speed I will probably loose and if the accuracy will be affected if I drop the bow down to 63-65 pounds. I was shooting about 294 before with easton axis arrows and 100 grain filed tips and my short 27.5-28 inch draw. The speed is nice, but I really don't want the accuracy to go down hill.
