I don't know if it was all the "Creature Features" I watched as a kid, but i just love to get scared. Another reason why i probaly bowhunt in the deep dark woods in the middle of the morning.
Anyway, if you are like me you probaly have plenty of stories to share on getting real icy chills from some of the hunts you have ventured out on.Please share them if you have the time.

One time as i was walking to my stand in central Illinois, and the moon was full and the stars were shining,and i had just finished another Dean Koontz book the night before, i heard in the distance a pack of wild dogs chasing down a deer. Well, i reached in my back pack for my pepper spray and kept pushing ahead to my stand. The howling was pretty loud now and as i neared my stand, i stepped on a deer, who bolted upright and SNORTED right into my face. BEJESUS< i just about had a heart attack, i was so shook up!!
Well,this is one time when the SUN could not come up fast enough for this boy. I wished i'd had a machine gun that is for real!!
