I recommend the Knight & Hale gobbler guide. It explains how the turkeys go through different transitions every 15 days or so and where and when in the US. It explains what they are going to do, act like, and when they are going to do it. In other words, you can pick a state, pick a date, and it will tell you exactly how to hunt those birds and what they will be doing. Its very accurate too. You'll shoot more turkeys than before and you'll understand everything alot more clearly.
