I've been wondering who makes the fastest bow too. So, I got a Hoyt, BowTech, Mathews, Darton, Martin and PSE. Set up my chronograph. Threw each bow over the chronograph 5 times and averaged the readings. No difference. All bows averaged around 73 fps. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my hands on a carbon risered High Country, but we all know carbon is faster than aluminum, now don't we.
