They work so to speak to a point. When the activated charcol becomes saturated with your stink and whatever is on the inside of the liner it has to be re-actived.. To re-activat the charcoal, heat has to be introduced. Unfortunatly the exterior shell material on most sent-loc suits would burn up at the prolonged re-activation tempuratures........Save your money and just keep the wind in your face.
