asfar as I know Ruger uses this method of manufacture, they have someone turning barrels another machining recievers and somone making stocks and someone making triggers and bolts and then someone putting it all together and working out the kinks. I could be wrong but when I visited there plant here in Prescott, Az thats how it looked from what they were doing.
