You sure can! It gives enhanced ballistics at the standard SAAMI pressures. It uses very slow powders in quantities no ordinary handloader can get into the case! I don't know if they put the powder in before putting the necks on the cases like the Brits used to do with Cordite, but they have a "special loading technique". If you pull a bullet on one of these cartridges and dig out all the powder, you can't get it all back in!!
