Crossbow advice needed for buddy with bad arm
OK, I almost hate to ask this, because I know how lots of bow hunters feel about crossbows, but here goes: My gun-hunting buddy wants to go bow hunting with me this year, but he has a bad right arm (had surgery on his biceps tendon a few years ago) and cannot draw a bow. He asked me for advice, but I know nothing about crossbows, other than they are legal archery equipment here, and a minimum 150lb draw is required. Other than that, I need help/advice...can anybody give advice on a good medium price brand, preferred spine, aluminmum or carbon, which broadheads, etc? Also, things to avoid? He has 5 weekends to practice if he buys one this week, so I'm looking for some info quick.
Thanks in advance...
