Congratulations on your gain in accuracy!! I've done the same thing for years, shooting off the bare riser, and have enjoyed my shooting much more ever since. More and more new bows are coming from the factory with less grip surface to promote accuracy. While big grips may look nice and feel comfortable, the farther the sides of the grip extend out from the centerline of the riser, the more leverage the grip has over the riser to induce accuracy robbing torque.
