I tried to order some API skyhooks that had been discontinued. The website said they had them and 3 days after I ordered I had a message on my answering machine indicating they could not fill the order. I haven't place an order since then but the guy who called was very apologetic and when I checked the the website the following day the page had been removed. They did what they could I have no complaints about their service.
