Zak - its easy!

After you shoot your buck - pull the ears back and grab the two skinny spikes comming from the top of the head. Just measure these from the base to the tip. Then add the distance between the tip

Example:

left spike 4"
right spike 5"
Spread - 3.5"

Thats 12.5" P&Y
