The hoyt tec bows are far superior to anything Mathews has in thier line up.
Although I don't believe in ties, in my opinion any differences are equivalent to splitting hairs. One may be a bit better in one area, and the other a bit better in another. Depending on the archer, one bow's perceived advantage, may be a disadvantage to another. Certainly, both bows simply a riser, limbs, cams and a string used to propel an arrow forward. In my opinion there is no bow on the market that is far superior to another at accomplishing this. It's all a matter of paying for particular features that you favor.
