Adams, they don't have the outserts anymore. ICS stands for internal component system. I have a dozen of the ICS hunters and they shoot excellent for me. The only complaint I have is the camo finish they put on some of them. I used to have a dozen of those and every time I shot a McKenzie with them I would have foam fused to the arrow shaft that I had to scrape to get it off. I have since switched to the all grey ones and haven't looked back. Great arrows.
