Aligning the blades to the fletches can't hurt, but I've never seen it help either. Really, if there was anything to it, nobody would ever get a 4-blade head to fly straight with a 3-fletch arrow, now would they.
Main thing is to make absolutely sure your broadheads spin straight and your arrows are good. My honest opinion is Gold Tip Hunters are NOT good arrows. XT's are much better.
Also, at least 4" fletching in offset or helical is a plus. IMO, straight fletching and broadheads don't mix.
