ORIGINAL: HighDesertWolf Just wondering if anyone knows of any loads for 30-30 that uses a heavier bullet then 180 grains , was thinking in the lines of a 200 to 220 grain bullet.
An additional problem with bullets this long in a .30/30 is that the twist rate is 1/12", so stability would be very marginal at the speeds possible from the .30/30 case.....
