If your looking to find out k.e you first must wiegh your arrow and shoot it through a chrono. when you find that out use this formula.. velocity x velocity x wieght divided by 450436 this will accuratly give you your kinetic energy. and yes you definetly want at least 60 lbs of bow wieght for expandebles good luck skina.
