RE: Ultra Drop away rest.
I have my QAD Ultra coming to final rest position 1-1.5" of within full draw. I have not shot broadheads yet, but with paper tuning it gave me almost bullet holes. I actually prefer my paper tuning to produce a slight tear. For me that means my form is more consistent, because I don't have the greatest of shooting form[8D].
I can shoot cock feather down or up, although I am going to shoot it cock feather up.....thats what I am used too. As with any final tuning, you may have to make some minor adjustments with broadheads......nock slightly up or down, etc. In your case I would try raising the nock ever-so-slightly a little bit at a time. I've also found that I did not have to raise my nock higher(nock travel concerns because of a single cam bow). My Martin fusion cam shoots best with my nock 1/8" above center which is the same setting I used with a conventional rest. Many guys have told me they had to raise their nocks quite a bit higher than that.
