RE: Arrow Length Mistake
If the one inch ends up being a spine problem, which I doubt it will be unless your right on the line to begin with, just drop your poundage a bit. Even if you cut the length off the back of the arrow, you might end up refletching them. I would cut it off the front and just put new inserts in them if you really wanted the correct length.
Like said above though, one inch shouldn't make a huge difference if your spine is a little stiff to begin with. You won't notice at all with target tips, they may not impact in the same spot, but they should still group well.
Keep in mind any time you change anything on a bow you should re-check the tune on it. Don't just switch arrows and assume everything is hunky dory. These arrows are most likely a smaller diameter than your aluminums were, so you will have to adjust your nocking point or rest. Not to mention the spine may be different as well.
