Being I hunt deep areas and very close to the bucks bedroom I refrain from using blind calling, except when rattling. Calling will allow animals to pinpoint your location and in deep transition areas they will often be able to easily circle your location without being seen. Since I am after mature bucks in these areas I only call when required, the rest of the time I am only their for the view.
