IMO, If you have a quiet bow with little hand shock and are not pushing the grains per inch for speed, you won't notice a lot of difference. I feel they help on some bows and if you dry fire your bow, they may save the limbs. This is just my opinion and is not backed up by any concrete evidence[&:]. I put them on my Outback and noticed little difference, but I feel better now. Don
