Yes they work, but they can be hard to use with a bow - in my opinion they work best in open grassy areas or pine forests, for hardwood woods I use regular mossy oak camo.

Also, white cleanroom suits work great for snow camo. I was laying in a snow bank along side a corn field wearing one of these last winter. 2 friends decided to ground hunt right next to me 30 feet away. They were looking my direction for 45 minutes before I could get their attention and tell them to move out. Scared one of em pretty good! lol
