A rancher down the river from me fell off a semi load of hay and messed up/broke both his shoulders. He was in cast that held his arms straight out. Also had those little boxes under both his arms to make sure he didn't have any movement.

He couldn't do anything for himself. His wife had to feed him, dress him, etc. Just think about going to the bathroom!!!!
