The buffalo you are going to be killing are behind a fence. Do yourself a favor buy a new bow. I am sure the rancher will drive you out to the buffalo & tell you to shoot a certain one. Two friends of mine went to a ranch east of Missoula, Montana. They told me it was like shooting fish in a barrel. They said they wanted the meat & the "hunt" was only a few hundred bucks so thats what they did. They told me next time they want buffalo meat? They will call the rancher & have him deliver the buffalo to the packing plant. 11,000-acres or 1-acre? Does it really matter how big the ranch is if the animals you are shooting are not scared of you???
You could take your old bow with you & kill it with your bow? Thats how my friends killed theres. They said there "hunt" only took them a total of two hours. Two hours for two animals is pretty quick with two bows don't you think? The two hour "hunt" also included there drive time.
