I shoot several days a week .........for 20-30 minutes probably !

I think you should be serious first and goof around later ......JMHO !
The first shot is what counts when hunting and you don't get to take a lot of warm up shots ......if you know what I mean !

For me :

I usually start off shooting at 40 or 50 yrds ! That puts some pressure on me to be serious .......or I may be losing some arrows [8D]! I save my 20-30 yrd shots for later ! I shoot 3 arrows at a time ........but that very first shot of the day is the money shot !
