Default RE: How long does it take in your area to start seeing deer?

When the feeder goes off.. . .

Nah, about 15 min after first light and 30 minutes before sundown. Sneaky little devils. Early in the season, at least in my spot where they are lightly hunted, the bucks move in bachelor groups. When the rut hits, its a free for all, but the 1st 3 weeks of November, it is not uncommon to see 5-6 bucks together without does. I have some fun video of a while back. Last year, they didn't really do that, oddly enough, but later there were plenty of deer around. The one I posted the pick of, the other one I got, the 3rd I almost took when the big one stepped away(he was almost as big) and another that I put a friend onto(little 8, wish he wouldn't have shot it) and a few others. The little six that lived under my tree stand all of December after he found out I was out of tags. I'll stick him this year.
