Why are rem Scirocco bonded bullets so hard to get to group, is it a poorly designed bullet? Is this more often true with the factory loaded stuff, or to reloaders. Personally I don't reload, and after trying the bullets thought they shot fine, seems most people say "It's a great bullet if you can get it to fly" I guess I'm wondering if there is some sort of inconsistency with the bullet and I fluked out! Wondering what you guys who know your bullets have to say...thanks...
