RE: weyerhauser lands closed
First off I don't want anyone to missunderstand what I'm about to say, it's just an observation. I have found plenty of deer wounded durring gun season. I think one of the reasons alot of waistage goes on be it by gun or bow is not enough people take the time to practice with their weapon of choice. It seems this happens alot in area that are close to a large metro (city) area. I have talked to some of these people end they will tell me they are still using the same box of shells they bout 5 yrs ago. Same goes with archers that say that went out a week before the season and shot a dozen arrows. Now mind you not everyone is like that but it's those that blacken our eyes to the public. It would be interesting to know how many complaints Weyrho. has gotten about found or wonded animals on their lands. That might be the cause behind the closings.
