The only SRH I've owned is the .480 and it shoots well with the factory Hornady 325gr. But, as with any gun, you need to try several different loads and see which one your particular pistol likes the best. As for where to sight in, if you're hunting where there'll be no shots over 50yds, then thats where I'd sight in. Anything under that, you'll still be in the killzone. Good luck this season.
