BINGO! that's the point i was trying to make...there are lots of things that people put on their bows that will slow it down, but feel that the advantages of that piece of equipment out-weigh the loss in speed...same thing with the wb...i like the simplicity and containment of the rest. its a very good hunting rest and that's why i use it. plain and simple...

i do realize you're not bashing the wb. (at least you don't come across as such.) i understand your perspective, i'm just trying to get you to think about why we're using the wb.

no offense, but i don't see why people think they have to eek out every last fps out of their set-up...what's the point?
