extreme1, I've tried that and I always seem to smack it against my bow or my treestand while geting into it, I might as well bring a pair of cymbols into the woods and play a little tune[&:]. do you ever have that problem?

mlang------I do understand what your saying about being in the way when climbing.The easiest way for me to keep things as silent as possible is to turn the calipre up and tuck it into my jacket.
i agree with extreme1. back when i was shooting a release, this is exactly how i went about keeping it quiet. i finally got fed up with messing with a stinking release and ditched it to shoot fingers...i'm not looking back...
