Default RE: powder vs. pellet

Cayugad, I knew you could and would put it all down so it makes sense THANK YOU THANK YOU. This is a printer to go in my BP bag for reference. I have been using 85 grains of 777 loose in my Pennsylvania and have good results, 4" at 50 yards and 8" with more fliers at 100 yards. My intent from what I have read was to use 85 normal grains, is that the word, powder charge so it seems I should use around 70 or 75 grains of 777? Thats good since I am drilling out an antler to a specific quanity to be a powder loader and 70 gr needs a smaller whole. I want to use an antler tip because it looks nicer than a butt section except the tips are thin so smaller volume is easier to drill. I think the Pennsylvanian & powder Horn with an antler loader will look nice together.
