I think you covered it all there... perhaps adding "knowledgable PH". That's pushing the definition, considering any PH is expected to a professional regardless. Accomodations can make or break a hunting service, so the only suggestion I can make would be in that area. I don't think anyone is expecting a Presidential suite... just something that is clean, warm if need be, dry with adequate space. Restroom / shower facilities would be a must for the bigger money outings... IMHO.
