The one I read was publised the April 2004 issue of Bowhunting World Magazine, Volume 53, No.2. It was only a two pager, yet informative, starting on page 66. The editors of this article - Bill Weems and Phil Bishop, note that it was condensed from the March 2003 issue of Occupational Health & Safety, with permission from the Stevens Publishing company. OSHA. I really do think it's something all climbers should know about. Oh, and I too like Twisted Arrow, use a vest harness. They keep everything from getting tangled up, which make wearing just like putting on your overcoat. Very nice.
