I have a 300 WinMag Remington BDL that is picky about its loads. The worst combination would produce near 3" groups @ 100, the best around 1". For a belted magnum cartridge MOA is pretty good. I agree with Mr. Longbeard, I now live in MD and have been around no other group of non-shooting **** talkers like this. Most do not shoot on a regular basis, know little and think they know it all.
