You may be right oldelk. I have yet to travel south of Deer Lake. Every time I am getting ready to leave and looking around at the horns at the airport, I see maybe one trophy >40" for every 20 hunters. Alot of people believe you go up there and instant trophy. Check out this one I saw once that was not in my area on the side of the road. All I could do is snap pictures. Biggest one I ever saw up there.
