If you really aren't just a bunch ME,ME,ME, I WANT,I WANT,I WANT, whiners, you'd be fighting the prices charged for nonresident tags (cheap tags ensure EVERYONE can afford to apply) the quota isnt the tool that keeps individuals from applying its the price. What would you say to the same price for ALL tags, but keeping the 90/10 split.
