Then it sounds like there is nothing to worry about. Just set up your stand in the funnell on a path leading to the fields and wait. If you feel like you need to, just talk to your neighbors and let them know you will be hunting on your land and that if a deer should run onto their land then you will have to trail it. If you don't think they will understand then just hunt. Like I said, you should have full permission to retrieve a wounded game animal onto any property and if the property owner disagrees then call the game commission and they should take you to the kill.
