Everthing comes full circle eventually. Gadgets are mostly for younger guys or new to the sport. They want quick success and don't mind throwing money at it. As a guy gets older and has some success, he usually wants to start putting more challenge into it. I get way more out of bowhunting than rifle. I'm just getting into flintlock now for the challenge. When you finally get a real bruiser with the limitations you imposed on yourself, it makes the success so much sweeter, something you can look back on forever. Look at the big surge in Traditional bowhunting. I have a whole bunch of crap that I never carry. I'll give it to the young guys someday. Then they'll have something to play with when they're in the woods.
