jepcho, lots of good heads for deer applications. However for new archers 2 3 fixed blade Bh's come to my mind: muzzy or thunderheads. Most guys use 100 gr heads now, but 90-125gr will be just fine. I have used both and have been pleased with their performance, very easy to tune and will get the job done as long as the archer does his/her's!

I personally now use Steel ForcePremium 2 blade heads, while they perform awesome I am not sure if tuning would be as easy as the others stated. I had no problems when switching to this head from Muzzy but I also keep a tuned bow.
