Not to mention, many people are having spine retaining issues.
There is not a carbon shaft on the market without those issues. Many people may not admit it, but the main reason they change to carbon arrows are because they can generally shoot them longer. Top grade aluminums are hard to beat for straightness BUT......that straightness doesn't last long if they are shot much. And aluminums may even get bent carrying them in a quiver or while laying on your lap in the stand. I'd venture to say that the average archer will get longer
straight shooting life out of a dozen carbons than he would using a dozen good aluminums.
By the way......I've shot and hunted with Easton Carbon Evolutions and am very satisfied. Personally I don't care much for the Korean made shafts and Bob Eastman.
