Default carbon arrow question

i have always used aluminum arrows, i now shoot 2314 xx78's
i am ready to buy new arrows, maybe carbon, ive had some people tell me if im happy with the aluminum then dont change, but i know the carbon will definately give me a flatter shot... then people tell me they are harder to fletch..(to get the fletching to stick properly) i guess what im asking is what do you think about this, and if you are a big carbon shooter what do you use as far as glue, cleaner etc.. to fletch your arrows?
what are some pro's and cons?
any info would be great...
thanks
