Hunter's Friend operates under the "BowTech in the Boonies" plan, meaning that if there isn't a dealer within "X" miles of someone wanting to buy a BowTech bow then the person can buy over the internet and have it shipped directly.
I think it mentions this somewhere in that ad?

SPECIAL NOTE: Bowtech Bows are sold via restricted dealer territories - and generally cannot be shipped to consumers as a mail-order product. To qualify for mail-order delivery, please check your eligibility in our Bowtech in the Boonies program. If there are Bowtech dealers in your area, this package will be available to you as a pick-up only from our pro-shop. However, if no dealer exists within a reasonable distance, we would be glad to serve as your "local" dealer. Please email us for additional details.
