Default Three Rivers WMA

Got a tip the other day about, "three rivers WMA". The story goes like this, you can get a land lease for $1,500.00 down payment and a $200.00 yearly maintanence fee. This allows you to hunt hogs year round by Florida state law.

The down payment and yearly fee allows you to place a campsite on the property.

Here's a few of my questions.

1. Have any of you heard of this?
2. I thought WMA'S were not considered private property?
3. Have any of you all ever hunted this area?

I was told that it's located around the "Yehaw Junction" area. That places it close to the
"Bull Creek" WMA. I hunted/scouted that area last season but only for one day. But I did see turkeys.

Thanks for any help.
