Default RE: The Big Three & 32" Draw

Try having a 33" draw, bucko! If it weren't for aluminum arrows, and a few brands of carbons, I couldn't even get ARROWS long enough!

Don't forget Martin and Onieda. They also have offerings in extra long draws. I've been a Hoyt man for the past 20 years, but I think I'm going to look elsewhere next time I'm in the market for a new compound.

I not very fond of the Tec riser on my ProTec (the brace usually hits my wrist bone when I shoot) and I'm not too wild about split limb bows anyway. The bow shoots great and, other than it's annoying tendency to hit my wrist, I've had no problems with it. I simply do not like the design now that I've lived with it for a couple of years.

Of the ones you're interested in, my pick would be the Pro 40, because it's available as a dual cam. (I've not had good luck with longer axle to axle lengths in single cam bows.) In Martin, I'd be looking at the Sceptor or Cougar Elite, maybe the Phantom as well, with Nitrous cams.
