The contract with McKenzie extends to all national or world level events.
The requirement for targets to be utilized for an IBO event is to have anatomically correct scoring zones.
Having said that I believe that all target makers try to accomplish that end.
The difficulty from their perspective toward that end, would be placement of the target by those of us that set the ranges(angles,down hill,etc).
McKenzie has come out with a Whitetail target this year to simulate a down hill or tree stand target and a quartering away target for this purpose.
