Take a large garbage bag and rig it up so that the top closes like a snair. Climb the tree late at night when the bees are sleeping. Slip the bag around the hive and sinch it up. Sinch it very tight and then add a couple of zip ties to keep it closed. Drop the bag out of the tree and climb down.

Getting rid of the bag is now the issue. If you wish to kill them leave the bag in the hot sun for an afternoon. I'm not sure what to do it you want to let them go. I'll leave that up to you
