I've been using a TM Hunter rest since I started shooting a bow. To me, that prong type of rest just looked right on a bow. I had looked at other rests from time to time, but never could find one that I really liked. The Bodoodle's looked nice, but I didn't have much confidence in the design. The Whisker Biscuit looked like a sound rest, but I didn't care for loading of arrows.

When I started getting my hunting catalogs this year, I noticed that the Whisker Biscuit design had changed. I liked the quick loading slot they added, as well as the redesign of the biscuit material. The more I thought about it, the more I thought I wanted one of those rests.

Came this close to buying an original model last week. The store only had one left, it was an aluminum model and some of the parts were missing. Went by another local shop yesterday and they had every model in stock. I looked them over and decided on the Deluxe model. I didn't much care for the price (I'm a cheap bastard), but I figured if I didn't like it I could get my money back for it on eBay. Had it installed and went on my way.

Shot it a few times yesterday evening, figuring I'd have to retune. First shot at 10 yards went right where I wanted it to go. Same for the second, then the third. Backed up to 20, same POI as with my old rest. Back to around 30, same POI as with the old rest.

I friggin love this rest. Best money I've ever spent on archery equipment. EVER. No longer have to worry about the arrow falling off the rest when I'm on stand, no more fletching contact problems, and this thing shoots like a dream.

Count me among the Whisker Biscuit converts. IMO the best hunting rest on the market, at least according to my limited experience.
